Please contact us immediately after defects on any HomeCockpit product occur.
Defective goods that are still within legal warranty will be handled by Dialogic Systems as quick as possible.
Defective goods that exceeded the legal warranty period of 2 years can be repaired against payment of the corresponding fee.
First, the defective product has to be sent to Dialogic Systems in order to examine damages and how to repair them. Please follow the next steps when sending your' device to us:
Pay the asked price and we repair the product as soon as possible.
Please only use original packaging for returning defective goods to avoid further damage on the touchpanel. If the original packaging got disposed, we can send you original packaging for the touchpanel. |
