Please contact us immediately after defects on any HomeCockpit product occur.

Defective goods that are still within legal warranty will be handled by Dialogic Systems as quick as possible.

Defective goods that exceeded the legal warranty period of 2 years can be repaired against payment of the corresponding fee.
First, the defective product has to be sent to Dialogic Systems in order to examine damages and how to repair them. Please follow the next steps when sending your' device to us:

  1. In order to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number for your' return, send a filled out RMA-form to us via E-Mail (info@home-cockpit.de) or Fax +49 8095 873373 99
  2. Wait for us to answer to your' RMA-form with a RMA number.
  3. Returns can only be accepted, if there is a RMA number written on the shipping box visibly.
  4. Our team will examine the problem and find a solution.
  5. You will be notified about the solution for your' defective product. You can then decide on further actions:
    1. Pay the asked price and we repair the product as soon as possible.


    2. Decline the repair and we return the defective product to you.


Please only use original packaging for returning defective goods to avoid further damage on the touchpanel.

If the original packaging got disposed, we can send you original packaging for the touchpanel.
