The following license conditions and the exclusion of liability refer to the free provision of HomeCockpit freeware software from Dialogic Systems GmbH & Co. KG ("Dialogic Systems")
If you download and use HomeCockpit freeware software from the website www.home-cockpit.de, you agree to the license conditions.

  1. Scope of application
    Download and use of HomeCockpit freeware applications are free of charge. By downloading and agreeing to the terms of use, a contract between Dialogic Systems and the user regarding use of the application is concluded.
    Only the following terms and conditions are valid. Other contract condidtions respectively terms and conditions are not part of the contract, even when Dialogic Systems does not specifically decline.

  2. Terms of use
    All rights on software and its' copies are reserved by Dialogic Systems. Specifially regarding copyright. Dialogic Systems grants the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the HomeCockpit freeware software for their own purposes.
    Any further use, the editing, the distribution and making it available to the public is not allowed without explicit agreement of Dialogic Systems.     Dialogic Systems reserves the right to revoke the right of use, in particular if these license terms
    are violated in a significant manner.     Changing, adapting or translating HomeCockpit freeware software is not permitted; any use beyond this requires the written consent of Dialogic Systems.

  3. Reproduction and distribution
    Provided that the software is in its original state, this license allows copies of the software to be made and passed on if the reproduction and distribution is not aimed at generating a profit.

  4. Disclaimer
    Dialogic Systems expressly rejects any liability for HomeCockpit freeware software. The software and the files supplied with it are made available as they are ("as is"), in particular without any guarantee or promise with regard to the properties or usability
    for specific purposes. HomeCockpit freeware software may also not be used to violate third party rights. Unless prohibited by law, Dialogic Systems is in no way liable for any direct, concrete, or indirect consequential damage resulting from any use of the software.
