Has an error occurred with your touch panel? We'll support you with the repair!
Download the RMA form and send it back to us. We will contact you with further instructions for the repair process. Please note that we cannot guarantee the transport of touch panels that are not shipped in the original HomeCockpit packaging, as we use special shock-absorbing membranes in it to prevent transport damage.
Remote Maintenance for Touch Panels and Software
How it works: A HomeCockpit expert connects directly to your panel via remote access, regardless of any firewalls: This allows us to handle standard settings, such as for video intercom systems or cameras, for you in approx. 15 minutes with appropriate preparation.
